About the Event

Since time is money in a commercial kitchen, learning how to work efficiently saves both. Learn the tricks of the trade from food entrepreneurs with years of professional cooking experience during this interactive discussion. The basic principles of food safety and sanitation will be included, so you’ll understand why there is no such thing as the “5-second rule” when it comes to your product. Instructor: Victor Moruzzi, instructor and course developer for the Business, Culinary, & Hospitality Management Department at Hudson County Community College (HCCC).
