MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES A MINIMUM OF $1,000,000 OF BOTH PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE & GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE, WITH GSK LISTED AS ADDITIONAL INSURED @ 406 TOMPKINS ST, ORANGE, NJ 07050.
A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE MUST BE PROVIDED TO GSK BEFORE ANY USE OF THE FACILITY WILL BE PERMITTED

COMPLETE YOUR KITCHEN ORIENTATION
ONCE YOU ARE READY TO START WORKING AT THE KITCHEN, CONTACT US TO SCHEDULE YOUR FULL ORIENTATION
THIS WILL TAKE ABOUT AN HOUR TO COMPLETE
YOUR ONBOARDING FEE AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT ON FILE THE DAY BEFORE
